Holder rewards

Rewards are tracked on-chain. Flap sends rewards on-chain once a holder's pending amount is large enough; smaller amounts can be claimed on the Claim page at any time. Minimum holding: 10K STONEDOG.

Emergency powers: the Flap Guardian can move any BNB or tokens the vault holds (guardianRescue) and redirect its incoming revenue (setForwardTo). StonksPad's own admin/timelock has no such power over live vaults.
