Fees

StonksPad is designed so that everyone's incentives point the same way: more trading means more stocks for holders, more fees for creators and more $STONKS burned.

Trading tax

Set by the creator at launch: 0 to 10% on buys and 0 to 10% on sells. Beyond the normal network fee, traders pay this tax and, while the token is still on its bonding curve, a 1% curve trading fee (see "Curve trading fee" below).

Where the tax goes

Flap takes its protocol share of every tax first. Flap sets that share at launch from the token's tax rate; the values read from launched tokens are 10% at a 1% tax, 5% at a 5% tax and 3% at a 10% tax. What is left reaches the vault, which takes the StonksPad platform fee of 11.11% of what it receives (10% of the total tax at a 10% Flap share, 10.78% at a 3% share); the rest is split between creator fees and holder rewards according to the creator's settings.

For every 100 BNB of tax collected at a 1% tax (Flap 10%):

Creator + holders80Split between creator fees and holder rewards according to the creator's settings.

So a creator who chooses "Creator 20% / Holder rewards 80%" effectively earns 16% of the total tax at a 1% tax, and holders receive 64% as stocks; at a 10% tax (Flap 3%) that is 17.24% and 68.98%. The "Creator / Holder rewards" sliders split the vault's income after the platform fee (net), never the total.

Every token page and the launch summary show the split on both bases, clearly labelled:

  • Of vault income (what the vault receives): "Platform 11.11% / Creator 80% / Holders 8.89% of vault income" (computed from the vault's fixed fee settings, the same figures the vault's taxSplit() reports from implementation v2.4.2 on; the platform shows as 11.11% because Flap's share is taken before the vault).
  • Of the tax traders pay: "Of the 1% tax: Flap 10% · StonksPad 10% · Creator 72% · Holders 8%" for the same launch (holder rewards 10%, creator 90%); the same token at a 10% tax reads "Of the 10% tax: Flap 3% · StonksPad 10.78% · Creator 77.6% · Holders 8.62%". Flap's share is read from the token's tax contract; before launch the form shows the expected value.

Curve trading fee

While a token is still on Flap's bonding curve, each trade pays Flap's own 1% curve trading fee on top of the tax. It goes to Flap, not to StonksPad.

The platform's share

StonksPad's 10% does not go to a company wallet. It goes to the Treasury contract, which splits it:

ShareUse
80%Buys $STONKS on PancakeSwap and burns it permanently.
10%Stonks Broker Reserve
10%Platform operations.

The split is hard-coded in the Treasury contract and can be verified on-chain.

Costs paid from the reward pool

Two services of Flap are paid from the reward pool, and nobody else is:

  • Flap's swap service (VaultEx) charges 0.5% on each purchase it fills.
  • Flap's trigger service, which starts the hourly purchase rounds, is paid a small fee per round. The vault caps these fees at 0.01 BNB per day; the cap is written into the vault at launch and cannot be raised afterwards.

Creator fees and the platform share are never used for these costs. There is no StonksPad operator to pay.

No other fees

  • No launch fee.
  • No claim fee (network gas only; X-login users have their claims sent by StonksPad).
  • No fee on tokens sent to X handles.
