Fee table

The fee

Each Elysium token has a buy fee and a sell fee, chosen at launch and fixed for good: whole percents, 0% to 10% for buys and 1% to 10% for sells.

Platform share by tax rate

A share of every fee goes to the platform. The share depends on the tax rate and is looked up for each side by that side's rate: a token with a 3% buy fee and a 7% sell fee pays 0.39% of its buy volume and 0.63% of its sell volume, and a 0% buy fee pays nothing on buys. Both shares are locked into the token at launch; a later change of the table never touches existing tokens.

Tax ratePlatform share of volume
1%0.15%
2%0.28%
3%0.39%
4%0.48%
5%0.55%
6%0.60%
7%0.63%
8%0.64%
9%0.675%
10%0.70%

The rest of the fee goes to the token's vault (Dividends) or payout contract (Pairless), where the creator's distribution applies. After graduation the fees are collected in tokens and sold for HYPE by the tax processor; each sale counts as buy fees and sell fees in proportion to what each side has collected and not yet sold, and each part pays its own share.

Where the platform share goes

DestinationShareWhat it is for
Official token reserve40%Held for a buyback and burn of the future StonksPad token. Locked until the admin names that token (through the timelock, which has no delay for now); each release is at most half of the reserve and at most once a day, and a replacement burn executor waits 48 hours.
STONKS buyback and burn40%Bridged to BNB Chain in rounds and used to buy STONKS, which is sent to the dead address. Every round is recorded on Elysium.

Curve fee and pool fee

  • Curve fee: 1% of every trade while the token is on its bonding curve, to the platform. It stops at graduation.
  • Pool fee: 0.30% of every swap on the StonksPad V2 exchange after graduation, as on any Uniswap V2 style pool. One sixth of it (0.05% of the volume) goes to the platform; the rest stays with the pool's liquidity.

Example

A buy of 10 HYPE on the curve of a token with a 3% buy fee:

StepAmount
Curve fee, 1%0.10 HYPE to the platform
Buy fee, 3%0.30 HYPE: platform share 0.039 HYPE, 0.39% of the 10 HYPE (0.0156 reserve, 0.0156 STONKS, 0.0078 treasury); 0.261 HYPE to the vault or payout
Into the curve9.60 HYPE

With a distribution of Holder rewards 50% / Creator 30% / Burn 10% / Liquidity 10%, the 0.261 HYPE splits into 0.1305 HYPE for the next dividend round, 0.0783 HYPE for the creator routes, and 0.0261 HYPE each for the burn and liquidity pools.

Pairless distribution

A Pairless token splits what its payout receives between the creator routes, burn and liquidity. Example: 2% tax, Creator 70% / Burn 20% / Liquidity 10%. Of 10 HYPE of fees (from 500 HYPE of trades), 1.40 HYPE goes to the platform (0.28% of those trades) and 8.60 HYPE to the payout: 6.02 HYPE to the creator routes, 1.72 HYPE to burn rounds and 0.86 HYPE to liquidity rounds.

A Pairless token can also set Holder rewards above 0%, with a minimum holding if the creator wants one. Holders then earn in WHYPE only, in rounds like a Dividends token, and claim on the Claim page. Example: Holder rewards 20% / Creator 50% / Burn 20% / Liquidity 10%, on the same 8.60 HYPE: 1.72 HYPE to rewards in WHYPE, 4.30 HYPE to the creator routes, 1.72 HYPE to burn rounds and 0.86 HYPE to liquidity rounds.
