How it works

1. Launch

The creator picks a launch type (Dividends or Pairless), a buy fee and a sell fee (whole percents: 0% to 10% for buys, 1% to 10% for sells), the fee distribution, an optional launch protection window and an optional STONKS stakers drop, then launches from the Create page with Elysium selected in the network menu.

The launcher deploys the token at an address ending in …5555, registers it on the bonding curve and, for a Dividends launch, deploys its vault and dividend tracker. For a Pairless launch it deploys a payout contract instead; a Pairless launch with holder rewards also gets a vault and a dividend tracker, with WHYPE as its only reward asset, and is still shown as Pairless. An optional creator initial buy runs inside the launch transaction, before anyone else can trade.

Every token has a supply of exactly 1,000,000,000. With no stakers drop, 800,000,000 are sold on the curve and 200,000,000 are paired with the HYPE the curve raised when the token graduates.

2. Launch protection

For up to 30 minutes after the launch (the creator chooses, 0 turns it off), every buyer is limited to 2% of the supply in total and one buy per 30 seconds, and contracts cannot buy. Sells are never restricted.

3. Bonding curve

Until it graduates, a token trades only on the StonksPad curve, quoted in HYPE. Every curve trade pays the token's fee and a 1% curve fee. Each token's page shows its progress towards graduation.

4. Graduation

A token graduates when its curve has raised its graduation target: 105 HYPE for tokens launched now. The target is a fixed HYPE amount recorded for each token when it launches, so a later change applies to new launches only.

When the curve has sold its tokens (800,000,000 with no stakers drop), the HYPE it raised and the pool's tokens (200,000,000 with no drop) open a pool on the StonksPad V2 exchange of Elysium. The LP tokens are sent to the dead address, so that liquidity cannot be withdrawn. From then on the token trades on its pool (0.30% pool fee) and the fee keeps applying to buys and sells.

5. Where the fee goes

On every taxed trade the fee is taken in tokens or, on the curve, in HYPE. After graduation the tax processor sells the collected tokens for HYPE at a price floor based on the pool's recent average. The platform share of each side (looked up by that side's rate) goes to the StonksPad treasury; the rest goes to the token's vault (Dividends) or payout contract (Pairless). See the fee table.

6. Dividends

A Dividends token splits its share of the fee four ways, in shares the creator sets at launch: Holder rewards (above 0%), Creator, Burn and Liquidity. The creator picks 1 to 10 dividend assets. The vault keeps the creator routes' share for them and uses the holder share to buy the dividend assets in rounds (at most one round every 10 minutes, with price floors). Burn and Liquidity work as on a Pairless token (section 7): guarded rounds after graduation, tokens burned to the dead address, LP tokens sent to the dead address. On a token that does not graduate, these two shares stay locked. Each round is deposited into the token's dividend tracker, which credits every holder in proportion to their balance, as long as the balance is at or above the token's minimum holding. The vault, the pool, the curve and the other contracts of the system hold no share.

The assets are in two tabs, Stocks (RWA) and Crypto, and each shows its status. Listing pending: rewards are paid in WHYPE until listed, with nothing held back for later. Listed: rounds buy the asset, and a round whose buy fails, or whose price is outside the asset's band, pays that pair in WHYPE. Listing cancelled: the share goes to the token's other pairs. WHYPE is an optional asset; the WHYPE fallback pays even when the creator did not select it, and the token and CLAIM pages show it. WHYPE already earned stays claimable next to the other rewards.

The other dividend assets are the ones StonksPad has listed in the asset registry, for example stablecoins. The vault buys them from the pools where their liquidity is (StonksSwap, Uniswap V3 or Uniswap V4) and checks every purchase against the pool's current price and a 30-minute price. If an asset cannot be bought within those limits in a round, the round skips it and pays the other assets; its share waits for a later round.

Holders claim on the CLAIM page, one transaction per token for every asset that is waiting. If one asset cannot be transferred at that moment (for example a tokenized stock its issuer has paused), the claim pays the others and that asset stays waiting. An X login wallet can unwrap a dividend paid in WHYPE to HYPE on the same page. If the StonksPad keeper stops running rounds for 6 hours, anyone can run the next round from the contract.

7. Pairless payouts

A Pairless payout keeps the creator routes' share for them. A Pairless launch with holder rewards pays holders in WHYPE through its dividend tracker, as in section 6, and burn and liquidity work the same way. Its burn share buys the token on its pool and sends it to the dead address; its liquidity share buys half in tokens and adds both sides to the pool, with the LP sent to the dead address. Both run after graduation in guarded rounds: at most 1% of the pool's HYPE per round, one round per 10 minutes, at a price close to the pool's recent average.

8. Claiming creator fees

Creator routes claim their HYPE on the CLAIM page. Fees routed to an X account wait in that account's StonksPad wallet; once the owner signs in with X, they can claim to any address.
